Conditions: About 2-3 C at the start, but warmed up by 50k, when the climbing started. According to my air-pressure driven altimeter on the Garmin GPS, there is about 4800 feet of climbing mostly in the middle 100k, going from about 50 feet above sea level to about 1000 feet about 4 times before the turnaround with drops to about 500 feet in-between. This route is just over 209k long. Cheryl will like this, Dan Shadoan had a secret control at the 200k mark! Temperature topped out around 20C after noon.
