The CV 200 is Comox Valleys premier Randonneuring event that features quiet roads with ocean views and tree line back roads.
The past few years we have all ridden in a group, so when we hit the highway section early in the day there is little traffic and we travel in one fast peloton…. ok not that fast. There are coffee shops on route, and easy access to water.
We usually have cookies and drinks at Alrad’s house around 100k, then we get coffee and pizza in the Forbidden Zone in Oyster River, or you can grab snacks at the grocery store.
There is a lot of street parking at the start, and if you have tent you can camp in the backyard. Post ride beverages and food at Rob’s house. If you want to add another ride the next day you can join in the Petite Fondo Ride, 75k taste wine and get a beer and burger for $65.00 Donation. https://petitefondo.com/
