Start at Railside Brewing. Very Scenic route with lots of bike trails. Some new pavement between Enderby and Armstrong (NO MORE SINKHOLES!!!) Great bakery at 102 km.
There will be an option to start at Sutherlands Bakery in Enderby. Please indicate on your entry if you want to start in Enderby and you will be sent the appropriate route sheet. Unless the Enderby start reduces the distance you have to drive substantially I recommend the Kelowna start, as there is a section of Glenmore (just over 6 km) with little to no shoulder that would be preferable to hit early in the day. Park across Hwy 97A from Sutherlands at the north end of the hotel parking lot.
The washrooms at Waterfront Park, and the rail trail trailheads at Sun Country cycle and Kickwillie are large enough to take your bike in. If water filling stations are not turned on yet, there is running water inside the washrooms.
